Frequently Asked Questions

Can I keep my current mobile number?
Yes. If you have an existing mobile number you can transfer it over when you order your SIM card, simply enter the details at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.

You will need a PAC from your current network provider which you can get by texting the word PAC to 65075.
What happens if I exceed my monthly data allowance?
If you run out of data, you won’t be charged for any further usage but also won’t be able to use any services the require data. You can purchase an additional data add-on by contacting us via email help@mozillion.com.
What is Mozillion coverage like in my area?
Mozillion uses EE’s 4G and 5G network. You can check coverage in your area with our Coverage Checker.
Can I use my plan outside of the UK and EU?
Currently Mozillion’s mobile services are only for use within the UK and within the EU (roaming allowances and usage caps apply).
Can I use 4G Calling (VoLTE) and WiFi Calling (VoWiFi) on Mozillion?
Yes if you have a compatible phone. Both 4G Calling (VoLTE or Voice-over LTE) and WiFi Calling (VoWiFi or Voice-over WiFi) services are included with Mozillion's mobile phone and SIM only plans.
Can I have a new mobile number?
Yes. Your SIM will come with a new mobile number. If you decide not to transfer your existing number over, you can use this new mobile number instead.
What is a SIM only plan?
With a SIM only plan, you’re getting a SIM card and plan with minutes, texts and data that you can use with any compatible phone.
Is a SIM only plan the right choice for me?
A SIM only plan could be good for you if you’ve got a phone you already love and want a new deal on minutes, texts and data, or if you want more flexibility. SIM only plans are available for 1, 12 or 24 months.
How do I pay for my SIM?
Your SIM only plan is a simple subscription. Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll either pay all upfront or pay each month.
Can I tether with my SIM?
Yes, you can tether another phone, laptop or tablet to your phone.
