What is a Data-only SIM plan?
A data-only plan includes a data allowance but no call minutes or texts. They can be used with SIM/eSIM enabled devices such as tablets, laptops, mobile broadband dongles or mobile broadband routers.
Can I keep my current mobile number?
Yes. If you have an existing mobile number you can transfer it over when you order your SIM card, simply enter the details at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.

You will need a PAC from your current network provider which you can get by texting the word PAC to 65075.

You can also choose to do this later after you order.
What happens if I exceed my monthly data allowance?
If you run out of data mid-month, you won’t be charged for any further usage but also won’t be able to use any services that require data. You can purchase additional 1GB, 3GB or 10GB data add-ons by contacting us via email help@mozillion.com.

You are also able to change price plans for your next billing period if you decide you will need more data each month.
What is Mozillion coverage like in my area?
Mozillion uses EE’s 4G and 5G network. You can check coverage in your area with our Coverage Checker.
Is roaming included?
Yes. All Mozillion plans include roaming use for data, calls and texts in 41 selected EU destinations. You can use up to 50% of your monthly data allowance on 1GB plans, 25GB on unlimited plans and up to 25% of your monthly data allowance on all other plans.
Which countries can I use my roaming allowance in?
Spain, France, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Poland, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Switzerland. Belgium, Sweden, Croatia, Hungary, Malta, Lithuania, Romania, Finland, Czech Republic, Norway, Slovakia, Austria, Denmark, Gibraltar, Iceland, Latvia, Estonia, Luxembourg, Guadeloupe, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, French Guiana, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Martinique, Réunion, San Marino, Faroe Islands.
Can I have a new mobile number?
Yes. Your SIM will come with a new mobile number. If you decide not to transfer your existing number over, you can use this new mobile number instead.
Will the SIM card fit my device?
Our SIM cards fit all devices that use a standard, micro or nano SIM card. Whether you need a standard SIM, Micro SIM or Nano SIM – you simply pop out the right size from for your device.

eSIM is also available.
How do I pay for my SIM?
Your SIM only plan is a simple subscription. Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll either pay all upfront or pay each month for the duration of your plan.
Can I tether with my SIM?
Yes, you can tether another phone, laptop or tablet to your phone.
What happens at the end of my plan duration?
If you’re on a pay monthly plan, at the end of your plan duration, your plan will continue on a monthly rolling plan until you either request to cancel it or move to a new plan. If you are on a 12 or 24 month plan, we will contact you towards the end of your contract to advise you of this.

If you are on a Pay as you go Prepaid/Preloaded plan, your plan automatically ends at the end of the plan period. You can contact us to change plans.
