What is a Pay as you go Preloaded SIM plan?
Our pay as you go Preloaded plans allow you to pay for the entire duration of your plan in one single payment upfront. For example, pay once upfront for a plan that gives you data, calls and texts every month for 12 or 24 months.

There are no further bills for your allowance outside of the initial upfront cost.
Can I keep my current mobile number?
Yes. If you have an existing mobile number you can transfer it over when you order your SIM card, simply enter the details at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.

You will need a PAC from your current network provider which you can get by texting the word PAC to 65075.

You can also choose to do this later after you order.
What happens if I exceed my monthly data allowance?
If you run out of data mid-month, you won’t be charged for any further usage but also won’t be able to use any services that require data. You can purchase additional 1GB, 3GB or 10GB data add-ons by contacting us via email help@mozillion.com or via your dashboard.
What is Mozillion coverage like in my area?
Mozillion uses EE’s 4G and 5G network. You can check coverage in your area with our Coverage Checker..
Is EU roaming included?
Yes. All Mozillion plans include roaming for data, calls and texts in 41 selected EU destinations. You can use up to 50% of the data allowance on 1GB, 25% on the 3GB, 10Gb, 30GB, and 100GB plans. Unlimited is capped at 25GB.
Which countries can I use my roaming allowance in?
Spain, France, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Poland, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Switzerland. Belgium, Sweden, Croatia, Hungary, Malta, Lithuania, Romania, Finland, Czech Republic, Norway, Slovakia, Austria, Denmark, Gibraltar, Iceland, Latvia, Estonia, Luxembourg, Guadeloupe, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, French Guiana, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Martinique, Réunion, San Marino, Faroe Islands.
Can I use 4G Calling (VoLTE) and WiFi Calling (VoWiFi) on Mozillion?
Yes if you have a compatible phone. Both 4G Calling (VoLTE or Voice-over LTE) and WiFi Calling (VoWiFi or Voice-over WiFi) services are included with Mozillion’s mobile phone and SIM only plans.
Can I use my plan outside of the UK and EU?
Mozillion’s mobile network services are for use within the UK, the EU and selected Zone 1 destinations.
Will the SIM card fit my phone?
Our SIM cards fit all phones. Whether you need a standard SIM, Micro SIM or Nano SIM – simply pop out the right size for your device.

eSIM is also available for compatible phones. Dial *#06#, if an EID numbers appears , your phone is good to go.
What is a SIM only plan?
A SIM only plan is a great way to cut costs as it is the airtime – no phone is included with the purchase. The different plans consist of specific packages of data, from 1GB to unlimited data plus unlimited minutes and texts, combined with one month to 24-month terms.
Is a SIM only plan the right choice for me?
A Mozillion SIM only plan is a great way to slash your phone bills v your existing provider, and offers the flexibility to have it you way, from one month deals to larger savings with 24-month contracts, all with inclusive roaming.
How do I pay for my SIM only plan?
Payment is taken by a recurring subscription, by direct debit or card payment. Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll either pay a one-off cost or pay monthly for the term of the SIM only plan.
Can I tether with my SIM?
Yes, you can tether another phone, laptop or tablet to your phone.
What happens at the end of my plan duration?
If you’re on a pay monthly plan, at the end of your plan duration, your plan will continue on a monthly rolling plan until you either request to cancel it or move to a new plan. If you are on a 12 or 24 month plan, we will contact you towards the end of your contract to advise you of this.

If you are on a Pay as you go Prepaid/Preloaded plan, your plan automatically ends at the end of the plan period. You can contact us to change plans.
