Good As New, Excellent and Good condition, here’s what they mean.
Selling or buying a phone on Mozillion is simple, fast and risk-free – choose your make or model and then select the condition of the phone.
Each condition has clear criteria defined by Mozillion to help make it easy for you to decide which to choose.
Here’s a full explanation of each phone condition.
Good As New
Fabulous. Hard to believe it’s not new. No cosmetic marks, scuffs, scratches, cracks or dents. Fully functional, complete with its original box and accessories. Battery health 99% minimum.

Excellent
Minimal cosmetic marks but definitely no cracks or dents. Any light scratches/marks on the screen are not visible at arm’s length. Fully tested and fully functional. Original manufacturer parts. Minimum 85% battery health.

· Any light scratches/marks on the screen are not visible at arm’s length
· Any light scratches/marks on the phone housing are barely visible at arm’s length
· No marks or scratches on the camera bezel / lens
· Fully functional, powers on and works as expected

If you’re selling your phone as ‘Excellent’ you don’t need to include the original box or accessories but you can if you choose and we will recycle them for you.
Good
A phone that has lived a little with moderate signs of use. Some cosmetic marks, light scratches, or possible small chips/scuffs on the body but definitely no cracks or dents. Fully tested and fully functional. Original manufacturer parts. Minimum 85% battery health.
A phone that has lived a little with moderate signs of use

· Up to 7 light scratches/marks on the screen, which are hardly visible when the screen is turned on.
· Up to 5 light scratches/marks on the phone housing/camera bezel
· Up to 3 light chips/scuffs on the phone housing/camera bezel
· No scratches on the camera lens
· Fully functional, it powers on and works as expected
· Original manufacturer parts, no third-party replacement parts
· Minimum 85% battery health
· Original software that has not been modified or jail broken
If you’re selling your phone in ‘Good’ condition you don’t need to include the original box or accessories but you can if you choose and we will recycle them for you.
Network locked phones
Not many phones are locked to a mobile network these days, but if you’re selling a phone and you’re not sure if it is locked or unlocked, don’t worry – Mozillion ensures all phones are unlocked for use on any network before sending them onto the buyer.
Warranty & Testing
All phones are checked, tested and verified by Mozillion and given a 2 year warranty before being sent onto the buyer.
