If you’re ordering a SIM only plan or a phone on Mozillion this Christmas, here’s everything you need to know about ordering for delivery before Christmas Day.
SIM Card & eSIM Orders
eSIMs
The last day for ordering eSIMs for delivery by email before Christmas Day is 3pm Monday 23rd December.
Physcial SIM cards
The last date for ordering physical SIM cards for delivery before Christmas Day is 4pm Friday 20th December and these should be delivered by Monday 23rd December by Royal Mail.
Physical SIM card orders placed after 4pm Friday 20th December will be despatched from Monday 23rd December and should be delivered within 1-2 working days.
Please note there are no deliveries on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.
When your order is despatched from Mozillion you will receive a despatch email.
Phone & Accessory Orders
The last date for ordering mobile phones and accessories for delivery before Christmas Day is 4pm Tuesday 17th December and these will be delivered by Monday 23rd December via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.
Phone orders placed after 4pm Tuesday 17th December up until 4pm Thursday 19th December may still be despatched by Monday 23rd December for next day delivery but this is not guaranteed and they may be delivered week commencing 30th December.
Orders placed after 4pm on Thursday 19th December through to Friday 27th December will be despatched during week commencing Monday 6th January (or earlier if possible).
Orders placed from Saturday 28th December onwards will take 2-5 working days to be delivered.
When your phone order is despatched from Mozillion you will receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking reference.
Porting | Transferring your number to Mozillion
When ordering a Mozillion plan, you can choose to request to transfer your existing number over when you place your order, or you can choose to request this by email later instead.
If you are transferring your mobile number from an existing provider to Mozillion, please note number ports will take an extra few days over the Christmas period. Ports requested from Friday 20th December should complete by week commencing Monday December 30th.
This is to ensure all number ports go smoothly between the different mobile operators and to avoid any interruption of mobile services over the Christmas period.
Please note, no number transfers start or complete on weekends or UK holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
From Thursday 2nd January the process returns to normal, with port requests taking 1-2 working days.
As always, please keep both SIMs with you until your number transfer has successfully completed.
