How do I pay for my Mozillion SIM or phone plan?

When you order your SIM or phone bundle, you will set up your payments. Payments for SIM only plans are taken from your bank account using GoCardless on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are taken 3 days before the start of the next billing period.

If you purchase via PayPal, they have their own terms and conditions which are confirmed when you order.

 

How can I change my price plan?

Contact our customer team via help@mozillion.com and we will explain your options.

 

When will my plan renew?

Your plan and allowances will renew on your monthly connection date.

 

Can I add more data to my plan?

Yes. If you have received a warning text that you are close to your data allowance, you can purchase a data add-on for your plan – please contact help@mozillion.com to do this.

 

Can I use my phone abroad with my plan?

Yes in selected countries. Your plan includes EU roaming as standard but there is a limit to how much of your data allowance you can use. For full details on our roaming allowances and policies, please check our Roaming & Travel section.
