When you receive your SIM card or eSIM you need to activate it. Instructions are included when we send you your SIM but here’s some further info if you need it.
Activating your physical SIM card?
Mozillion SIM cards fit all phones. Simply pop out the right size card for your phone – standard, micro or nano. Most new phones now use the nano format – you can see which size SIM card your phone needs by looking at the SIM card tray on your device.
Turn off your phone, pop in the SIM card and turn your phone back on. Your phone will reboot and your SIM card will connect and activate. If you purchased a plan with your SIM card it will automatically be enabled and you can start using your phone right away.
Activating an eSIM
The process for activating an eSIM is included on the email we send you when you order. You will need to scan the included QR code using your phone’s camera, which will then start the eSIM setup and activation process.

Changing devices when using an eSIM
eSIMs cannot be transferred to another device once activated. If you want to use your eSIM in a different device to the one you originally activated it with, you will need to contact Mozillion via our Contact page or help@mozillion.com to order a replacement eSIM that can be used in your new device.
