Joining Mozillion & Getting Setup

How do I join Mozillion?

To become a Mozillion Mobile customer, choose a SIM only plan or a phone contract – add to your basket and checkout – simple!

We’ll process your order and send your Mozillion SIM in the post.

If you selected eSIM, your eSIM will be delivered via email.

There are three types of SIM plan with Mozillion:

Pay monthly plans – 1 month rolling contracts or 12-24 months

Prepaid SIMs – pay upfront just once and get data/calls/texts every month, for 12-24 months

Data-only SIMs – perfect for mobile broadband routers or SIM-enabled laptops and tablets

If you don’t need a SIM plan right now, you can still buy SIM free phones on our website that can be used with any SIM. You can also sell your old phones on our site.

 

I am under 18, can I still become a Mozillion customer?

You must be at least 18 years of age to buy a Mozillion SIM plan, but you can have your parent or guardian buy the plan for you.

 

Can I keep my current phone number when joining Mozillion?

Of course. When you decide to switch to Mozillion, ask for a PAC from your current provider by texting PAC to 65075. The code will be valid for 30 days and can be used during the ordering process by ticking the option to keep your old number.

Alternatively you can transfer your number to us later after you have ordered your SIM instead – just send us a message.

If your contract with your previous provider has already been cancelled, it will be up to your old provider to allow you to transfer the phone number when possible.

If you decide to not transfer you current phone number to Mozillion, we will issue you with a new mobile number.

 

Are the price plans the same for everyone?

Yes, everyone is offered the same plan options.

 

Does Mozillion offer eSIM?

Yes. We offer eSIMs for all our plans, subject to you having an eSIM compatible phone.

 

When will my SIM be delivered?

As soon as we receive and confirm your payment, we will send you your SIM card by Royal Mail 1st Class post, and it will be with you within 1-2 working days.

Bank holidays and national holidays may require an extra day or two and SIM cards are not despatched on weekends.

If you ordered an eSIM, we will send this to you via email within 1 working day, along with activation instructions.

 

How can I pay for Mozillion plans?

We currently accept payments through GoCardless, PayPal and credit or debit cards. Available options for the product you are ordering will be shown at checkout.

Payments for monthly SIM only plans will be taken on a recurring monthly basis, or you can buy a Prepaid Preloaded SIM where you pay once upfront for 12-24 months of calls, texts and data.

 

Is there a minimum contract period?

The minimum contract period for SIM only plans is 1 month, but some plans are 12, 24 or 36 months.

 

Do you support 4G and 5G?

Yes, all our plans support 4G and 5G. For 5G, you will need a 5G compatible phone, and if this is an iPhone or iPad then it must be running iOS 16.4 or higher.

 

Are there any content filters on your network?

By default we ship our SIMs without any content blocking enabled, but you can enable this by contacting help@mozillion.com.
