Here’s how to enable power saving mode on your Samsung Galaxy phone.
Follow these simple steps or watch our handy video below.
-
Swipe down from the top of the screen to get to the notification panel.
-
Once you’re there, tap the small gear icon to go to settings.
-
In the settings page scroll down until you see battery, tap that and you’ll see an option called power saving.
-
In the power saving menu you’ll see several options that can help save your battery usage.
-
Samsung lets you customise each of these settings, such as disabling 5G.
-
When you’re happy with what’s selected, hit the toggle at the top to turn on power saving mode.
-
Swipe up to go to the home screen and pull down from the notification tray once, and then again to open it fully and you’ll see the power saving option there too. This is useful if you want to quickly turn power saving mode on and off.
