Is the SIM plan truly unlimited?

Yes. Your prepaid plan includes unlimited data, calls and texts for 12 months.

Can I keep my current mobile number?

Yes. If you have an existing mobile number you can transfer it over when you order your SIM card, simply enter the details at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.

You will need a PAC from your current network provider which you can get by texting the word PAC to 65075.

Can I have a new mobile number?

Yes. Your SIM will come with a new mobile number. If you decide not to transfer your existing number over, you can use this new mobile number instead.

Will the SIM card fit my phone?

Our SIM cards fit all phones. Whether you need a standard SIM, Micro SIM or Nano SIM – you simply pop out the right size for your phone model.

How do I pay for my SIM?

Your SIM plan that is included with your phone is prepaid for 12 months so there is nothing further to pay once you pay for your order. Alternatively, you can choose to spread the cost with PayPal Credit (Ts&Cs apply).

Is there a credit check?

There is no credit check if you are paying for your phone and SIM plan upfront. If you choose to spread the cost via PayPal Credit then they have their own terms which you can view when you choose PayPal Credit at checkout.

What happens at the end of the 12 month period?

At the end of the 12 months your plan will end and you can choose to take a new SIM only plan. We will contact you in month 12 with the latest offers available.
